A deposit of £50 is required for each person at the time of course booking

Tele-masters staff will make appropriate decisions both on and off the mountain to ensure your safety and maximise learning potential. Please respect their decision made from knowledge.

Tele-Masters ask that you have the appropriate insurance for your course, in particular please ensure you have Off Piste cover for more advanced courses and touring or if you intended to ski off piste outside of course times.

Tele-Masters coaches are all BASI Telemark qualified. Course location and numbers could necessitate the use of selected coaches who are not in our brochure.

Groups
Tele-Masters have a maximum group size of 8. Because Tele-Masters coaching is designed from beginners to instructor training, and the way the courses are structured it is usually possible to accommodate all levels of skier. If how ever your minimum level is to low for the courses in operation or that the coach considers it to be detrimental or dangerous for you to continue monies paid will be used to provide alternative instruction.

Our coaches and mountain guides will make any necessary decisions in the best interests of safety and they will have the final say in which group you must ski in, the slopes used and speed of decent. They are skilled professionals and we ask that you respect their decisions.

With telemarking there is always an element of risk and course participants must accept this as inherent in the sport. Our coaches and guides are trained to ensure that your, and the groups safety is not compromised, however accidents do happen and as a participant on the course you accept the risks involved in telemarking.

Telemark groups may, with consultation need to be re-arranged to ensure maximum benefit to everyone's improvement and learning potential.

We appreciate that many of our clients will want to ski with friends or relatives outside of scheduled course times. We will endeavour to try and accommodate this request with consideration to the whole course.
Your Telemarking
Tele-Masters whole coaching philosophy is enjoyment in learning. If you feel you are not progressing or are not happy in your group please do not delay in approaching your coach. They can often structure the course to accommodate your requirements. If at the end of the course you feel disappointed then please write to Tele-Masters with your concerns.

There is normally flexibility to move between groups during the week either at your or your coaches request if you would like to tackle more demanding slopes or ski faster we will endeavour to accommodate requests within the limits of course numbers and safety. Our coaches are however skilled at maximising your development where there are variations in ability.

Tele-Masters welcome after course feed back, it helps us improve our service to you.
Welcome Evening
Information of a welcome evening will available in your hotel or posted to you in advance. We will give you information for the week, groups, times, locations answer any questions etc and the chance to meet your coach and fellow telemarkers.
Booking Conditions


Tele-Masters have taken great care over the production of the website, course and booking information. We ask that you read the following terms and conditions prior to returning you confirmation of booking. If you have any queries about the following please do not hesitate to contact us.

Packages
Tele-Masters are a Telemark skiing instruction company and the Telemark Course is the coaching, on and off snow element. Equipment package refers to the supply of re-booked Telemark equipment. The following booking conditions relate to these elements.

All other elements of travel, accommodation, transfers, lift pass, insurance etc. are either to be booked directly with the operator or through the booking agent. All bookings of these elements are bound by their own booking terms. These are available upon request and you must check these at the time of booking your accommodation package.

Financial Security
All monies paid in advance of a course are held with Tele-Masters until completion of the course.

To keep the Coaching and Tour package separate it will be necessary to complete and sign a booking contract form for each element.
