Telemark Introduction

Are you a skier, snowboarder or cross country skier and looking for a new way to explore your favourite mountains? Have you seen that rare mountain user, the telemarker, looking so graceful? That is just half the story. The experiences they are feeling inside are far greater than we can see from the outside. Do you want to try it for yourself? You can! Here in the UK.

The Tele-Masters one hour Telemark Introduction Course is a great first step, which will introduce you to the equipment, show you some parallel techniques, introduce you the telemark stance and the feelings of using both feet on the move.

Maximum Class size is 6 and this one hour introduction lesson costs £30 including equipment and slope time.

All Tele-Introduction lessons can be combined with the Tele-Early Turner lessons to make a more intensive introduction.

Later this summer we will also run an Intensive Telemark Conversion course which in five hours will take you right through to those first telemark turns and hopefully beyond. The intensive courses cost £100.
