Professional Performance Coaching

If you are at the top of your game or are considering / part way through your BASI Telemark Instructor Licence then our training is designed to allow you to develop and accurately deploy your skill wherever on the mountain you are skiing or teaching. This is not a BASI course so turn down the preasure and turn up the fun. The more we enjoy discovering new skills, the easier they are to aquire.

Here we spend your time developing your skills and alternative routes to accurate skill development so you can continue to develop whilst you telemark. The aim of the course is not only to take your telemarking to a new level but also to provide you with this development framework. As a bonus you will also have the opportunity to telemark with your peers, which is a great way to raise your game and have a great time as well.

Achieving your BASI Telemark Instructor award is only a step on the journey to becoming inspiring telemarkers so we always aim to take you beyond the award standard and show you that consummate skill allows you to play with the mountain terrain and inspire alpine skiers into becoming future clients.



BASI Second Discipline Training

If you are a BASI Alpine or Snowboard Instructor working towards your ISIA licence then Tele-Masters run by duel qualified instructors will give you what you need in terms of telemarking skill to get that Second Discipline. So why try our sport, have a great time learning a new skill and improve your genaral skiing all in one week.

In addition to the specific Second Discipline weeks you can undertake your training on any of our Introduction to Telemarking courses



Ski School Experience

As part of our philosophy of developing a new breed of Telemark Instructor we will throughout the winter offer a limited number of places each week to instructors and part qualified instructors who are looking for ski school experience.

Over the course of each week you will ‘shadow’ 30 hours of on hill course delivery at a variety of levels from 1^st time telemarkers through to advanced free heel skiers plus a minimum of 5 hours off hill training.

For one week you will become part of the Tele-Masters Ski School. On the hill you will learn to develop your skills in effective delivery, reinforce the principles of safe delivery so that it becomes second nature, develop sound demonstration skills, actively participate in the courses and as a product of all of this become a better instructor and an even more skilful telemarker.

The Tele-Masters philosophy is guided by how we can deliver accurate skill development in an environment that promotes the learning experience. The client leaves each week having developed as a telemarker and had a great holiday. You will to.



As a supplement to the Professional Training Courses we also provide instructor level training at Xscape Milton Keynes where we have coached nine telemark instructors.
